Credit Usage:

Two Types of Credits:

• Monthly Credits: Included with your subscription plan (3 for Free, 50 for Starter, 120 for Professional). These reset on your billing cycle and don't roll over.
• Purchased Credits: One-time credits you buy separately. These never expire and roll over every month, giving you a permanent buffer.

When you run out:

• • Free users: Upgrade to Starter ($19/month or $192/year) for 50 monthly credits or buy additional credits
• • Paid users: Buy additional credits with subscriber discounts (Starter: 10% off, Professional: 25% off)
• • Credits are used in this order: Monthly credits first, then purchased credits

Your data security is our priority:

• Encrypted Storage: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
• Private Analysis: Website analyses are only visible to you
• Email Storage: Generated emails are stored securely in your account for easy access
• No Sharing: We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

ThawMail has multiple fallback options:

If analysis fails, we'll suggest alternative approaches to help you create effective outreach emails.

ThawMail generates emails for you to copy and send through your preferred email provider. This approach offers several advantages:

• • Personal Touch: You can review and customize before sending
• • Privacy Control: Your contact lists stay private
• • Integration Freedom: Works with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any email client

Future versions may include direct sending options, but the copy-paste approach ensures maximum deliverability and personal control.

Supported formats for business analysis:

Maximum file size: 10MB per upload. For larger files, consider extracting key sections as text.

Flexible subscription management:

• • Cancel Anytime: No long-term contracts or cancellation fees
• • Immediate Effect: Cancellation prevents future billing
• • Credit Preservation: Unused credits remain available until your current period ends
• • Reactivation: Restart your subscription anytime

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are calculated based on credit usage:

• • No credits used: Full refund
• • Credits used: Prorated refund based on remaining unused credits
• • Minimal usage (< 10% of credits): Full refund at our discretion if you're unsatisfied with the service
